Most Important Line
In Fahrenheit 451 the most important line in
the text would be when they had arrived at Montag’s house. “The men ran like
cripples in their clumsy boots, as quietly as spiders. At last Montag raised
his eyes and turned. Beatty was watching his face. “Something the matter
Montag?” “Why,” said Montag slowly, “we’ve stopped in front of my house.” This
quote that I have provided is the most important one in the book because from
this quote it is telling us how that they are going to Montag’s house to burn
his house down with the books he has been secretly hiding.
