Long Way Gone Memoirs of a Boy Soldier is Ishmael Beah. What he wants
for his family is for the war that is going on in Sierra Leone to end. The
conflict that he is facing is because of this war that is going on he has been separated
from his family and because of this he has to serve as a soldier as a war
between two tribes in Serra Leone is going on. The action he is taking because
of this is serving in the army so he can later go home to his mother, brothers,
and father. I predict that Ishmael Beah will finally make it home to his family
and I pray that the war in Sierra Leone will end.
